Pricing on the page, where it belongs

6–10 working AI workflows. $20–40k. 90 days.

Not a deck, not a pilot, not a retainer that drifts. An embedded operator, production workflows in the tools you already use, and a team trained to run them. For Australian businesses of roughly 6–200 people.

How the pricing works

No mystery meat.

The Map is a fixed price. The Ship sprint is priced on workflow count and agreed in writing before it starts. Keep is a flat month. Third-party licences and model usage sit in your own accounts — because you own the infrastructure from day one, not us.

What's included

The operator, the build, the knowledge base, the training, the documentation and the handover.

What's not

Software licences and model usage costs — those run in your accounts, at whatever the vendors charge, visible to you.

Risk, priced

The worst case is a plan you keep.

Start small

The Map is fixed-price and useful on its own. If the numbers don't stack up, stop there — the plan is yours either way.

See it working, fortnightly

Working software every two weeks, not a report at the end. You'll know inside a month whether it's paying off.

Stop at any phase

Each phase stands alone and ends at a decision point. Nothing rolls over without a yes.

Own everything

Infrastructure, prompts, documentation — in your name from the start. If we disappeared tomorrow, your systems wouldn't.
